The presentation of products is critcal to the sale and we are in a time when the customer almost expects rich presentation. Low cost and rapid production is the key.
The simple product video does not and should not require expensive production. If YouTube has taught us nothing else it has this. Rich media is especially important for apparel retail where the "feel" of mercandise is lost.
Demonstrating functionality is more convincining that saying "easy to use".
