2010 Digital Innovation Technologist, Kohl’s Department Stores. Development of the Digital Innovation Program. New customer facing technology and functional methodology.

2010 Manger of Digital Design, Kohl’s Department Stores. Current responsibilities include the Kohls.com interface redesign, continuing research in mobile, augmented mobile and other customer facing technology. Developing on-line new media and managing the digital design group.

2007-10 Manager of Web Design and Usability, Concept and development of the Kohl’s Kiosk including the hardware design and front end interface, Initiated, tested and deployed the product video project in collaboration with TalkMarket. Developed the Usability and Accessibility group and developed the Accessibility standards for Kohl’s Digital. Manager of the Web Design Group.

2005-07 Assistant Manager of Web Design, Event design, Special on-line project development.

2000-2005 Interactive Media Designer, Kohl’s Department Stores, Ecommerce, Responsibilities include the initial development of Kohls.com, image editing, basic code writing.

2000-2007 Graphic Design Instructor, Mount Mary College. Classes in Digital Photography, Web design, PhotoShop, Advanced Design.

1998-00 Director of Graphic Design, Mount Mary College. Responsible for all aspects of undergraduate curriculum for graphic design and illustration students.

1995-98 Creative Designer, Kohl's Department Stores. Responsible for the design and layout of weekly print advertising for all of soft lines. Concept and design of all major ad campaigns. Creative development of prototype web sites for future Internet advertising, this would later become Kohls.com.

1993-95 Graphic Designer, Lazarus Department Stores Advertising Department, a division of Federated Department Stores, Concept, design and layout of print advertising for Misses and Juniors. Special projects design.

1992-99 3-D Model Designer, The MOON Project and the LASCAUX virtual reality art installation. Worked in collaboration with artist Benjamin Britton. Designed models and architecture in the MOON Museum and contributed to the design of the 3-D model of the cave of Lascaux. Created short animations of the cave for grants and presentations.
